FEATURE — EXERCISES & ROUTINES
Preparation is just opening the app
Hunting for an exercise is where logging dies. 400+ exercises ship with the app and are searchable by however you happen to say it. If one is missing, add it yourself.
- 400+ exercises built in
- Add your own
- Reuse them as routines

Find it however you say it
"Bench", "BP", "bench press" — everyone names the same lift differently. Exercises carry aliases, so search works with whatever comes to mind.
- 400+ exercises, searchable by aliases and English names
- Filter by muscle group, equipment, favorites, or how often you use them
- Frequently used exercises rise to the top on their own
- Each exercise shows a muscle map of what it targets

Missing one? Add it
Gym-specific machines and your own variations belong here too. You choose the logging format, so timed and distance-based movements work like everything else.
- Add an exercise with a name, muscle groups, equipment, and logging format
- Set default weight, reps, rest seconds, and weight step per exercise
- Register it as a per-side exercise if that's how you train it
- Archive exercises you've stopped using to keep the list clean

Save your go-to menus
If you run a fixed "chest day" or "leg day", save it as a routine and future sessions are one tap. Weights and reps are saved with it.
- Turn a finished workout straight into a routine
- Favorite, search, and filter between your own and preset routines
- Example programs included for people just starting out
- Routines carry notes too, for intent and things to watch
