- Is it really free?
- Yes. Every feature is free. There is no paid tier, no feature gating, no cap on how much you log, and no ads.
- Do I have to sign up?
- No — you can start logging right away. Signing in with Google syncs and backs up your log across devices.
- Where is my data stored?
- While you're signed out, your log stays on that device only. Signing in stores it on the server so you can open the same log from another device.
- Do I need to install an app?
- No. It runs in the browser. Add it to your home screen and it behaves like an installed app (PWA).
- Does it work on both phone and desktop?
- Both. The screens are designed around logging on a phone, but they hold up on a wide desktop window too.
- How many exercises are there? Can I add my own?
- Over 400 exercises ship with the app, searchable by aliases and English names. If one is missing, add it yourself with its muscle groups, equipment, and logging format.
- Can I log things other than weight × reps?
- Yes. Seven formats are supported: weight × reps, reps only (bodyweight), weighted, assisted, duration, weight × duration, and distance × duration. Timed holds and cardio log the same way as everything else.
- How is e1RM calculated?
- With the Epley formula: weight × (1 + reps ÷ 30), applied to rep-based sets. For bodyweight-driven exercises it uses the effective load including your body weight at the time you logged.
- Is there a rest timer?
- Yes, and it starts on its own when you tick a set complete. Rest seconds are configurable per exercise; anything unset falls back to the global default of 90 seconds.
- Can I switch between kg and lbs?
- Yes, in settings. Distance can be km or mi. Data is always stored in kg and metres; units apply to display and input only.
- Is there an English version?
- Japanese and English are both supported, switchable in settings.
- Can I export my log?
- Not at the moment. If you're signed in your log lives on the server, so it survives changing devices.
